Privacy Policy

Rolls is designed to be private by default. The app does not collect personal data, does not use accounts, does not show ads, and does not track you across apps or websites.

Data Collection

Rolls does not collect your personal data. Your photos, roll history, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device.

Rolls does not operate a user account system and does not upload your photos or roll information to a Rolls server.

Photos and Roll Data

Photos you take in Rolls remain inside the app unless you choose to save or export them. Roll names, tags, cover selections, and app preferences are used only to provide the app’s features on your device.

Permissions

Rolls asks for camera access so you can take photos in the app. Photos access is requested only when you choose to save or export photos to your Photos library. These permissions are not used for any other purpose.

App Store and Purchases

Rolls is distributed through the App Store. Apple handles app installation, updates, and in-app purchases under Apple’s own privacy practices. Rolls does not receive or store your payment card details.

If you make an in-app purchase, Apple may provide the app with purchase status information needed to unlock paid features. This is used only to provide those features in the app.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Rolls does not include third-party advertising and does not track you across other apps or websites. The Rolls website does not use cookies or analytics.

Contacting Us

If you contact Rolls by email, your email address and the information you include in your message will be used only to respond to your request.

Deleting Your Data

You can delete individual photos or entire rolls from within the app. Deleting the app removes locally stored Rolls app data, consistent with standard iOS behavior. Photos you have already exported to your Photos library are managed separately in Photos.

Changes to This Policy

If Rolls changes in a way that affects privacy, this policy will be updated to explain what changed.
